Seven is the luckiest number

He's seven.  When the heck did that happen.  I mean really, how did we get from tiny baby in NICU to a kid.

This year we had the easiest party ever.  I made cake and hot dogs with a side of fruit and rented a bouncy water slide.

 

Yes, that is a 19 ft slide

  

I put cakes inside little pails and then used teddy grahams 

and paper umbrellas to make it beach like

 

 I made a fruit cake out of watermelon and other fruits as the fruit side dish

He loved it.  All the kids loved it.  They ran around for 3 hours and could have gone for another 3 without a problem. 

 We ended the night with a final Sand Gnats game.  Whew!
